Larisa Kuzina holds a diploma in electrical engineering, was a developer for electronic/electricity and electronic/hydraulic vehicle systems. She joined the Group in 2006 as Head of System Technology and Managing Engineer for R&D, production and logistic and later became Executive Vice President responsible for the Technology Division. In 2014, Larisa Kuzina was appointed to the Executive Board, where he became the CEO on 1 October 2019. Since then, She has been in charge of Technology and Systems and the Forage Harvesting division.
