Factory in Krasnodar
The factory in Krasnodar in the granary of Russia was opened in 2005. With this launch, CLAAS is the first large-scale manufacturer of agricultural machinery with its own production facility in Russia. The production plant in Krasnodar is designed to handle a capacity of 1000 machines a year and should develop into a local competence centre for agricultural engineering. In 2015, the company invested another 120 million Euros in the expansion of the factory. In the most modern facilities, combine harvesters are now produced from start to finish including metal processing, coloring and assembly.
