Business-oriented Apprenticeship
The business-oriented apprenticeships at CLAAS offer a special combination of theory and practice. Our full-time trainers and dedicated training officers in the departments serve as your point of contact throughout your programme and ensure that both, mandatory material and company-specific expertise is conveyed effectively. In this way, we ensure that you obtain first-class training and give you orientation for your career at CLAAS.
We consider close links between theory and practice to be essential. The theoretical basics taught in vocational school are applied directly in the various departments such as sales, accounting/controlling, materials management, logistics and human resources.
