Metalworking Expert
Drilling, filing, milling or sawing - your manual skills will be put to the test during your training as a metalworking expert at CLAAS! You will become an expert in manufacturing high-tech machines at Europe's leading manufacturer of harvesting machinery.
As a member of our team, you will work on various manufacturing processes and discover your new and exciting role which extends from preassembly through to final assembly of our products. As a metalworking expert, you will be responsible for producing assemblies and individual components. Your role will also involve assembling combine harvesters, forage harvesters and system vehicles.
Did you know?
A LEXION 780 combine harvester consists of 53,896 separate parts.
By way of comparison: A car consists of only around 10,000 separate parts
But that's not all: You will also monitor and optimise assembly processes and carry out very important quality assurance measures - these are essential points in the success of our products. Using master drawings to weld complex assemblies by hand is also no problem for you as a Metalworking expert. Working within our high quality standards, you will thus lay the foundation for the safety and longevity of our vehicles.
