Specialist for Protection and Safety
Safety is not only an important part of our lives but also a basic need. Of course, safety is also an important issue for large companies like CLAAS and this is where our factory security comes into play.
The safety of all employees, compliance with the specifications and rules but also the support of safety measures are among the tasks of the plant security. The plant security acts as an interface to all other companies and departments such as the plant fire brigade or the plant ambulance at the main site in Harsewinkel.
Our colleagues in plant security…
- ...recognize and evaluate violations of the law and dangerous situations and are in close exchange and cooperation with external persons such as the police and authorities.
- …provide support in the planning and implementation of security measures for preventive emergency response.
- ...develop security concepts for our events.
- ...create action plans for building management.
- …observe the environment using professional camera technology.
During your apprenticeship as a specialist for protection and safety, you will mainly work in the plant security department. In order to gain a comprehensive insight into the profession, we offer you the opportunity to get to know contents that go beyond plant and property protection through short assignments in other security companies. This can be, for example event protection, district and intervention service, citypatrol or even a driver's job.
You have realized that neither a broad back nor strong upper arms are required for this professional training and wild chases like in a James Bond movie are not part of our business? Then you are exactly right with us. A mixture of good academic performance, confident appearance and social commitment will convince us.
Do you have any questions about the training programme or would you like to apply directly? Your contacts will be happy to answer any questions you might have.
